Each cel was ink–enhanced by hand before being hand-painted on the reverse side. The background by Hector Martinez was reproduced on acid-free paper using a fine art lithography process.

This limited-edition cel began with a drawing by Dan Haskett. From this drawing, Laurie Dindi's created the master inking which was then silkscreened with the Warner Bros. seal onto an acetate sheet (or “cel”).
